Also people in general are less naive and do not trust that blindly the propaganda, but 1. ![]() ![]() Propaganda should blame enemies of the state for problems or try to do other, less stupid spin. That is kind of dumb and is not how 1984 works. You will find a lot of in-game propagada written like "You daily allotment of food is reduced, which is great, praise the government!", or there are too many people who naively and sincirely belive the government. Another problem with it is that it is a wrong and unnatural 1984. The weakest part for me is the setting - it is 1984-like and I do not like grim settings. Even then I enjoyed playing the missions a lot. The though the level design is not perfect and there are areas which feel too linear. At the same times the mechanics and perks are numerous and in general missions allow different approaches. The game mehanics are both polished and well written in tutorials and perk descriptions, so you will not have to resort to a lot of trial and error to understand it. A great game which very much reminds me The String! from 2001. ![]()
